Ben De La Cour

I met this singer-songwriter when we shared the bill at Trip in Santa Monica.  He's an immensely talented guy with sharp lyrics, killer guitar work and a great low singing voice a la Leonard Cohen or Nick Cave.  I have a feeling we'll be many more shows together.  Listen to: "Sobriety and the Woman" and go on from there!

These guys are awesome, they made my first music video for me (for "I Can't Fix It") and more importantly have made an incredible documentary called On the Grind about skateboarders in Long Beach, CA.  The film has already won prizes at smaller film festivals, and now they have their sights set on the biggies and hopefully, distribution.  Go see what these dudes are about.
